About

CottonGame’s empty-headed protagonist is back for a new round of puzzle-filled fun in Mr. Pumpkin 2: Walls of Kowloon!   Brought to you by Shanghai publisher Lilith Games, this indie point-and-click adventure will take you back in time to explore the chaotic maze of human life that was Kowloon Walled City. Cyberpunk elements add a touch of the fantastic to the world’s memorable characters and realistic scenes. Everyone has a story to tell and a mystery to unravel–are you up to the challenge? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- When it was finally demolished in 1993, Hong Kong’s Kowloon Walled City was the most densely populated place on the planet. Fifty thousand people lived and worked in an area the size of an average city block. A patchwork network of transportation systems, crude but efficient, connected the City’s labyrinthine passageways and buildings.   Today all that remains are the glimpses of that marvelous existence captured in old newspaper clippings, home videos, and photo albums. But the City still lives in the memories of its former residents–and in the imaginations of cyberpunk fans worldwide...

  • This game is good, puzzles are challenging but the game is too short.. I manage to clear the game plus bonus level in less than 4 hours.

  • Cotton Game studio is one of my absolute favorites, they don't miss & Mr. Pumpkin in Kowloon Walled City is no exception. Gentle play, a unique & endearing illustration style, & fun, intuitive puzzles that are engaging without becoming frustrating. 🏆

  • Uninstalled it after a while. Almost impossible to put the items in place. It took ages just to put the cheese in place and after so many attempts to place a key on a lock i uninstalled it. There goes my money. No way is equal to the isoland series.

  • An absolute delight. Very reminiscent of Machinarium with a very relaxed pace, great art style and a wonderful atmosphere. Easily worth the asking price.

  • Fun game with an unusual player character. The graphics and gameplay are really well done. I didn't encounter a single bug while playing. For the purchase price, the puzzles are too easy and the game is too short, however, I'd buy again.

  • A lovely game filled with challenges to compliment an adventure cleverly displayed in 2D graphics. This might be the best role playing game at the Playstore.

  • It's unusual to find peace and scerenity on the Play Store, but this game represents about 98% of it available to purchase. It might be only a medium length game, but the gaming experience is so soft and beautiful that it really is a pleasurable time that you spend in the Walled City. The characters have a very genuine character and placid charisma and the animations are so pleasing when you notice them. Honestly nothing will bring you this kind of happiness on the play store.

  • Absolutely loved it. I didn't find it too short. Was disappointed when it ended... only because l wanted more. Did pay for dragon coins (whatever they were called) other times... l turned to the walkthru. Choices 👍 I hope there's more to come??

  • Stuck on one of the first puzzles. So tired of buying a game, and then being charged for tips/ hints throughout. Switching back and forth between free online walkthroughs takes some of the joy out of it.

  • Great game. But a bit buggy. When I click on a piece of paper or a flier, it's impossible to put it back down. I click and click and nothing. Forced to go back to the main screen. I'd definitely still recommend the game especially if you are a fan of independent adventure style puzzle games with an ok amount of dialogue.

  • Decent game. Key flaws are 1) Lack of indication of certain playable items. 2) Lack of any logic of some clues (ex: clock setting). And 3) Short. Now to the good part: Fun and entertaining puzzles, good portfolio of characters, good soundtrack, and the graphics are fun and very detailed. Overall a decent game that is worth playing.
